About this house rental
Newly constructed modern farmhouse wedged between the beach and forest trails in a prime West Shore location close to ski resorts. This airy, stylish home, boasts indoor/outdoor lifestyle featuring: soaring vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen with Italian marble, long dining table that seats 10, oak floors and accents, soaking tubs, bunk room, 2 living spaces, hot tub, access to beach. French doors extend the house into fenced yard with a hot tub and yoga platform, dining area, lawn, and seating area. Hot tub is available year round seating is summer only. Biking and hiking trails are right out the front door, and number of ski areas are 5-30 min drive away. Beach is short stroll away. Access is very easy on level roads.

Stayed here with friends over a ski weekend. Was very well stocked house in terms of kitchen supplies, and other necessities like laundry detergent. Beds were very comfy. Only downside was the neighborhood snow ploughing is it as great as some of the other neighborhoods we’ve stayed at in Tahoe so roads were quite icy
