About this house rental
Caney Acres is a 2,700 sq ft home with space and comfort for families, couples, or friends who want a place to relax, reconnect, and visit.
Each bedroom features a king-size bed, and the sunroom includes a queen sleeper sofa.
There’s also room for air mattresses if needed for children—two twin air mattresses or a portable playpen are available upon advance request.
That means sleeping space for 6 in beds and 2 children on air mattresses.
Enjoy meals together at the dining table or kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, bowls, and platters—plus some paper and plastic options for convenience. Need something special? Just ask—we may have it available!
A regular coffee pot and Keurig are provided, along with starter coffee, creamer, and sweeteners. You’ll also find a full-size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker.
The deck overlooks our private lake—accessible from the driveway or through the sunroom.
Additional seating areas are located near the carport and grill, as well as just outside the main bathroom door.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, with Roku streaming on two TVs and HDMI cables ready for use. You’ll also find books and games in the dining area and sunroom for inside time.
Covered parking for one vehicle in the carport, plus additional parking in the drive and a circle area leading up to the house for trucks or boat trailers. A convenient electrical outlet is located near the parking area for charging boat batteries.
Catch-and-release fishing is available for those who want to enjoy a little quiet time by the water. Bring your favorite tackle.

Beautiful, private setting, and the home is so unique and homey and decorated just outstanding. We loved it and would definitely revisit it. Charming couple who own the place and so willing to help in any way!!

This home far exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 2 nights. We planned a "ladies day in the country." We used the home to allow us to reconnect. The kitchen was well stocked; wine glasses, crockpot, bowls, platters... everything was well organized. There were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. We cooked, played games, watched a movie and enjoyed the immaculate keep grounds. One hubby showed up one evening to fish. He caught several fish and released them. The host was a wealth of knowledge, kind, and communication was quick. I would 100% book here again.

Very unique house and property, and we really enjoyed our stay. Lots of privacy and the house has all the comforts that you would expect, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The outside spaces are inviting, with shade, interesting plants and bird feeders.
