Things To Know:
There is a boat for rent from this property. This is a 27 foot, 2020 Bennington Tritoon. Up to 10 people. Must be captained ( we will provide options for guests). Potential boat renter should reach out for availability and to book the reservation. The boat rental is $750 for 8 hours (typically 11-7) which includes gas, and then the captains fee for that time will range between $400-$500. These prices will be higher on holiday weekends. A multi day or weekly rate is available. Lily pad is on board for use.
Boat is located at Bog thunder Yacht club but the captain will pick up and drop off at Southwood Shores ( where the unit is located).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Good location, clean yet it smelled a bit like urine. Nice new couch. Bed could be bigger.

The condo itself was perfect. Great little place for a couple to stay in. Comfy bed, VERY clean, and had all the necessities- even shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in the shower. The lock on the door was a bit difficult at times, but manageable. The patio was beautiful! Chairs out there to overlook the water/dock area. Loved the soft lights out there! The deduction in stars comes from 2 things. Parking & communication. The parking is TIGHT. Think of a "V" going to the end of the cove where the pool is with apartments on both sides. The spots at the end of the "V" are where this condo is. There is MAYBE 5 feet in between the parking spots on either side. Makes it really hard for bigger vehicles to navigate. Communication was probably the biggest issue for me. I called Vacasa to twice before our stay to get some information. Obviously Im not a local and dont know the area. Both times I talked to someone they couldnt tell me anything besides what was on the condo description that i already read.
