Upstairs you’ll find a second kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, a small double bedroom, three bathrooms, a study, balcony, and private terrace. Central heating, air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, and parking ensure modern comfort. Outside, a private garden with furniture and a swimming pool, open May 1 to September 1, invite relaxation. Designed for families and groups, the villa blends communal living with quiet retreats. Multiple lounges and kitchens provide spacious gathering areas, while bedrooms and studies offer privacy.
