The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a welcoming living/dining room, two bathrooms, a study, balcony, and terrace. Sleeping arrangements include a master double bedroom, a small double room, a double/twin room, and an additional walk-through room. Downstairs offers another bathroom for convenience. Central heating, air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, and parking ensure year‑round comfort. Outside, a private garden with furniture and a 5×3 m swimming pool, open from May 1 to September 1, provide a perfect setting for outdoor relaxation. The villa is designed for group and family gatherings. Multiple living areas and kitchens allow for shared meals and downtime, while the bedrooms, study, balcony, and terrace invite quiet retreats. The garden and terrace are ideal for morning coffee or evening aperitifs, and the pool offers a refreshing respite under the Tuscan sun.
