The apartment is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, iron, microwave, coffee maker, and more. The air conditioners work well; there are two of them, one in the dining room and another in the bedroom. The terrace is large and, although it is on the ground floor, it still offers a certain level of privacy and is very pleasant for sitting.
The neighborhood where the building is located is a densely populated residential area with many apartment blocks. On the positive side, there are plenty of shops nearby, but the good beaches are quite far from the accommodation. The closest beach is not very convenient, as there are many rocks in the water and it is only possible to swim up to chest level. Another downside is that Ostia, in general, is not very well maintained — the streets could definitely be cleaner. I don’t understand why the city services don’t clean it—there is garbage everywhere on the streets.
