L’appartement est très bien équipé pour pouvoir passer un séjour agréable. Avoir une place de stationnement dans l’enceinte de la résidence est très appréciable. La vue sur le jardin depuis le balcon est très jolie.

Tout : l’emplacement, la propreté, la facilité d’accès, la résidence, les deux chambres, deux salles d’eau, deux toilettes c’est génial super pratique !!! Mobilier vaisselles impeccables!

Sehr komfortabeles Appartement in einer schönen Parkanlage. Gut ausgestattet und mit einer funktionierenden Heizung, die jetzt im Winter hilfreich war. Eigener Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Hund erlaubt. Das Appartement D13 hat zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder und liegt in der ersten Etage. Der schöne Strand ist in 8 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, Hunde sind dort aber nicht erlaubt. Eine Bäckerei ist ebenfalls 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ehrlicherweise muss man sagen, dass für alles andere ein Auto erforderlich ist. Antibes Innenstadt ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr nette Verwalterin!!
Der sehr schöne Balkon bekam jetzt im Winter keine Sonne. Nur die Vorderseite hatte am späten Nachmittag Sonne, allerdings befindet sich dort auch der Zugang zu allen anderen Wohnungen auf der Etage.
