The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. The house was in a great location, a nice 10 min (or less) walk to the beach. Amazing value for money, easy access (not having to manage a single key between the group) and a good amount of parking discs for the on road parking.
Each of the rooms had an ensuite
The only faults were that the dining table could not sit the full 19 people that the villa is able to sleep (I think it is best suited for 12), similarly the sofas could only hold around 12 adults. Finally there was only one chopping board :D
(We were only 15, so the bedroom set-ups were perfect)
We were caught off-guard by the no-towels policy but that was stated in the description of the property, so this is just a reminder for any future holidayers!)

The apartment was clean, had all the amenities we needed, perfect for a family holiday. Liked that some bedrooms were self contained so if some family members or friends want a bit more privacy they can get it. Our first time in Scarborough and the apartment is only a 20min walk from the sea front, plenty to see and plenty to do. The nearest shop is a 5min walk. Lots of space in the apartment and the owner is lovely and if you need anything they respond really quickly. I would highly recommend.
