The staff were available by text anytime and helpful.
The noise level was horrendous, very echoy and the Commings and goings of other residents and from up above apartments. We booked for 1 week, but left after 4 days, because of lack of sleep, Other than that.. it was ok. Acceptable.

I liked that there was someone helping me get my bags up, I got a little lost and was frazzled as a traveler alone who stupidly brought 3 heavy bags carrying them around cobble roads to find it but once I messaged the host the man there was eager to help me he read my messages to make sure I was a guest and helped me figure out the lockbox and showed me to my room and was kind enough to help carry my heavy bags up the stairs for me!
Only thing I was bummed with was the shuttle service number I contacted to try find price range for just me to the airport and I never got a response! I just wanted to check if it would be cheaper to shuttle or bolt so with no response I had to pay the 20 euro bolt ride for a 9 minute ride! Might just be a culture shock on my end who knows but I’d work on that in the future!
