I suggest changing the front door of the whole building, as it does not look very secure. Luckily, London is not a dangerous city.

Two double beds in the room and close to the Shard, friendly staff in Leos
only shower gel in the bathroom and I didn't take any shampoo or conditioner so that was a pain, also ran out of toilet roll

Bit run down, tricky to navigate with luggage. Someone kept trying our door in the morning.
