Easy parking great location
The bed was a bit uncomfortable in the lower room you could feel the springs in the mattress, we did travel back again as such a great spot with all you required and just took a big throw and better pillows, 2 nd visit better than 1st, blinds in the kitchen and bathroom should make it feel extra private.

Cosy, charming spot near Headingley stadium
Cold, the entrance stairs are uneven and a bit wobbly and might be dangerous for young children or the elderly, lacking in decent cooking facilities for longer stays

Location was perfect.
Could have been serviced better prior to arriving just the little things like no washing up liquid or salt and pepper. Would have been nice to half milk and butter but understand these can go off. But back to the servicing prior and after why should they go off?
