Buona posizione fra il centro e la fiera, ottimo ristorante vicino (el sorbir), buon bar (Sanremo). Il posteggio di solito si trova senza problemi. C’è l’ascensore. Il letto è comodo.

Fatiscente. Sarebbe completamente da rinnovare. Anche lo stabile non fa una buona impressione, con un materasso abbandonato nell’atrio. Niente sapone. Puzza di umido.
