There is no elevator and the parking is located opposite the residence (slippers).Nice 32m2 apartment of 32m2, located in a residence in the heart of Vallandry. Rented for 5 people, it consists of an entrance, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a kitchenette overlooking a living room with a sofa and fold-down bed.The apartment is south facing and has a balcony.Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, mini oven, microwave, induction plates. Kettle, TV. Rented with a ski locker. Bedding: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (advised for children, only from 6 years old), 1 fold-down bed in the living roomSanitary: 1 bathroom with bath and separate toiletFree public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.Practice: Bedding is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered as a supplement. You can book your ski lift packages, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without bail.End-of-stay household not included.INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved. Tissue alesis should not be removed and leave clean. Beds must be unladen correctly with the duvets folded and placed at the feet of each bed.
