A fully restored former sheepfold (a harmonious blend of stone, beams, rammed earth, and terracotta tiles) adjoining old farm buildings opposite a small 18th-century castle surrounded by a moat.
Ground floor: kitchen, living room, wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (shower, bathtub).
Electric heating, CD player. Cleaning service available upon request. Private enclosed area (80 m²) with views of the castle moat, shared courtyard, carport.
Walks are possible on the property (woods, pond).
Vieure lake 15 km. Cosne d'Allier 7 km. Montluçon 20 km. The cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The cottage's amenities: bed linen, household linen, and towels provided; beds made upon arrival. Firewood provided. Tourist tax included in the rental price.

We have really enjoyed our stay in this charming and calm place with nice surroundings. The garden is very nice, hal shadowed and relaxing, and the house very adapted to a disabled person.
The tenants are very welcoming and have given us nice advices: thank you so much.
We highly recommend the place and will be very happy to come back to enjoy again a new stay and the surroundings.
