Our Topanga home is perfect whether you want to relax or explore nature. Enjoy a private heated pool and jacuzzi, a spacious backyard, and comfortable, stylish interiors. Surrounded by hiking trails and the beauty of Topanga, it’s a great spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

Location & Surroundings: Peaceful Topanga neighborhood, close to hiking trails and natural scenery.
Outdoor Space: Large backyard with private heated pool, jacuzzi, multiple lounge areas, dining spaces, and a cabana. Pool features underwater and solar lighting for evening swims.
Living Areas: Open living room with high ceilings and fireplace; flows into a dining area with a piano. Sliding doors open to the backyard.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped modern kitchen with ample counter space; indoor dining plus outdoor poolside dining options.
