It was exactly as photographed. Good size for a group of adults and a dog, plenty of space and we were able to cook together :)
Great location for Oxford itself, we were there for the British Transplant games that had venues all over!
It was clean enough for me! Some people might be fussier but for me, more than acceptable for a pet friendly property.
Slightly musty smell in main bathroom.

The flat was warm and was well located for public transport into the centre of Oxford. The kitchen facilities worked well - cooker, fridge / freezer and washing machine.
There was ample parking for 2 car and in fact if you did a bit of cleaver parking you might have got 3 cars in, if that was needed.
There were three bedrooms as the flat is advertised as sleeping 6, however, there were only 4 sets of cutlery, 4 sets of plates and bowls, glass wear etc. Also there was only 4 chairs for the dinning table. I had read a review which was left by previous guests a couple of days before we arrived. I messaged the Landlord about the there only being 4 sets of cutlery, chairs etc and his response was that although the flat is advertised as sleeping 6 the pictures on Booking.com only show 4 sets of each, as if this was some kind of contractual, "buyer beware".
The TV is not connected to any TV channels and is run via the internet hub. So if you have a login for iPlayer or xITV then you are OK, otherwise the TV effectively does not work.
The shower in the on suite bathroom drained very slowly and was near to being blocked.
The hot water in the main bathroom's bath was quite cool - we topped up with a kettle. Also there was no mirror in the main bathroom
The outside bins (waste and recycling) had clearly not been emptied in sometime. I had to press the rubbish down hard to get our waste in. I also had to find the green recycling bin to put peelings in. It happened to be bin collection day when we were at the flat and we put the main bins out for ourselves.
