It was spacious, the beds were clean and comfortable. The two living rooms were a nice bonus for hanging out. While a bit neglected the back yard was a nice oasis. Even though there is no AC opening the windows kept the house cool with the cross breezes. The bed downstairs in the office came in clutch with a guest who couldn’t walk stairs easily. All 3 bathrooms were very clean.
The keypad to get in is very sensitive and we had trouble a couple times with it. It would lock itself and we had to wait till it reset itself to try again. It could use a deep clean. There were a lot of cobwebs in the higher places of the house. Outside trash was full when we got there so we had to ask neighbors if we could put trash in their bins on trash day. The old RV on the side of the house is a definite eyesore.
