Logement super calme, super spacieux, très lumineux au 3ème étage. Lit très confortable. Tom très sympathique et très réactif à l'envoi des messages. Très proche du centre de Chaudfontaine (resto, Delhaize) mais également de Trooz où se trouve super bonne pizzeria sur la Grand Route : la Parmigiana, un intermarché, ....
On ne peut pas dire qu'on a pas apprécié, on a juste moins aimé et pour 2 nuits cela n'était pas trop dérangeant... c'est l'escalier en colimaçon avec le logement qui se trouve au 3ème étage et on le savait avant de venir donc on ne peut pas en tenir compte ;-) puisqu'on a quand même choisi ce logement :D

L'appartement donne sur un boulevard un peu bruyant pour des personnes habituées à la campagne !

The loft is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. We stayed as a family of five . The kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking, and clean towels were provided.
The rain shower was comfortable and worked well. There’s a small terrace that fits two people—nice for a quiet drink or some fresh air. The beds were comfortable. A good option if you’re looking for something simple and functional to rest.
The stairs to reach the loft (3rd floor) are quite dangerous. They’re spiral stairs and don’t have any handrails, which made going up and down with my baby stressful. Since there’s no elevator, you also have to leave the stroller downstairs. There's no cot provided either.
One of the walls in the bathroom near the sink has visible mold, which didn’t feel hygienic.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with babies or toddlers. There are interior stairs or platform, plus a lot of decorative objects within reach.
