The room was clean and at a convenient location, not far from the center and not far from the train station.
Maybe the safety in room could be improved. The door locks just once and I think this is something that could be improved.

Great location. Basic room, just right for our trip.
Check in early which was greatly appreciated.
Great communication with the agent for any queries.

Few things which could be changed to make this a 10/10 property:
Install visible smoke alarms.
Upgrade to a smart tv.
Water and toiletries to be filled up on each room clean.
Talk to the downstairs neighbour who banged on the ceiling at the slightest noise. Make it clear to new clients that anything above whispering or tiptoeing after 10pm would not be tolerated by the person below.
Ensure the cleaners wait until we had left the room with our luggage before starting to strip the beds.
More areas to hang clothes, hooks etc.
