We are returning guests to Kremna Concept - each year we visit because my kids are in love with the property! This year we stayed only one night, but managed to get the most out of hot tub with jacuzzi outside on the terrace. There are comfortable beds on the upper floor but we also enjoyed the flexibility of the living room extendable couch to spend the whole night sleeping in front of the nice crackling fire stove. The property has all amenities for an enjoyable stay - the kitchen is completely furnished. There were only three of us and it was comfortable.
The breakfast which was brought to our room was just a little too small for three persons. I didn't mind too much as I don't have any breakfast usually, but I suppose that a little more at that point might get the property better reviews.

Objekat je divno sredjen i cist. Pre dolaska u objekat smo imali promene u vezi sa brojem gostiju, divni ljudi iz Kremna Concept su bili izuzetno srdacni i ljubazni da nam promene rezervaciju. Imali smo zahtev za posnim menijem, gospodja Gordana nam je za sve izasla u susret i spremila nam posne obroke, koji su bili fantasticni. Uvek je bila tu za sve sto nam je trebalo.

Beautiful site, good food
Small home. Small bed. Breakfast came one hour later than promised making us lose reservations. Checkin bad, checkout bad.
They will tell you they don’t take card payment because in Serbia doesn’t work (this is not true)
They also will overcharge you if you allow.
Disappointed and didn’t feel either welcomed or appreciated.
