For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.
• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.

We had a relaxing stay and the house accommodated all 8 adults comfortably. Loved watching and listening to the birds.

BUSY and NOISY main road. TINY yard with limited parking and movement for kids. (I'd recommend fencing for slightly more safety.) NO grill, other than chiminea. All tiny bedrooms upstairs. Older uncomfortable sitting areas inside. Only two tv's. Small counter-top ice maker. Dead bugs inside home. Great job making photos of area look more appealing. More accurate description of location and surroundings should be given. Would not recommend for peaceful family getaway.
