The Space:
Designed for easygoing coastal living, this two-bedroom plus loft, 2.5-bath house gives families and friends room to relax. The main living areas offer space to gather, listen to music on the stereo, and enjoy a meal from the kitchen and dining area. Step outside to a garden-style backyard with an outdoor BBQ grill and a private wellness hot tub for end-of-day soaks. Bedrooms and the loft are equipped with Smart TVs, and there’s a private washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests also have access to Sea Ranch’s communal outdoor swimming pool.

• Connectivity: WiFi is provided; however, due to the remote Sea Ranch location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Private Washer/Dryer: A private washer and dryer are available for your use.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

It was great to have 3 separate bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The kitchen/eating area was very comfortable with a nice view.

The location of the house and the openness of the living space was great. You are next to walking path which is very convenient and we used it every day, even in the rain.
We came from Bay Area and had to drive an extra 9 miles into town to retrieve the key and then back. This seemed a bit odd in this day and age where a lock box and code could avoid that inconvenience. For people driving that long windy road, 18 extra miles can be an added pain. No one wants to start their trip home adding 18 unnecessary miles on a windy road.
The kitchen was very sparse and offered the bare essentials. Since we prepared all our meals in, this became apparent right away.
The wood was not covered so we were not able to use it in the wood burning stove since we arrived in the rain.
There was a leak in the roof that puddled on the dining table. Maintenance came and caulked the outside in the middle of the downpour. That was impressive but unfortunately it continued to leak.
There was also a wet spot in the floor by the slider that grew as the rain increased. It appears there are some issues of water wicking under the floor. We all resorted to wearing shoes in the house to avoid it. I believe it could use attention.
The hot tub was great.
