Great spot for a getaway in Fayetteville, AR. This home is in a safe, quiet and conveniently located neighborhood and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements. This midtown location makes exploring Fayetteville easy even on bike and on foot. The backyard chickens and playset provides plenty of entertainment for young ones. We're less than 2 miles from downtown entertainment and art district, and University of Arkansas. Reasonable commute to Bentonville, Rogers (~20-30 min) and Springdale (~10-15 min).
