Sunny Studio in the Heart of Venice Beach - #6

This place is 1 block away walking distance from the beach and other necessities by car. My number one priority was making sure there was parking and based on past reviews, that was true. We actually did have some difficulties with parking due to the size of the car we had but the host did their best to accommodate us in this issue which was very respected and kind for us. The studio itself was small enough for two people and with a large bathroom and natural sunlight daily. Full kitchen with equipment and utensils. I did feel safe here with the door entries security and outdoor cameras. We did pass by some of the other people staying here and they were also very nice. Everything was clean upon entry.

Honestly the bed could be a bit comfier. It was hard and sometimes had back discomfort when waking up. The other part was the streaming connections on the tv. I nearly lost patience and got irritated when I would use any of the available streaming accounts and it would cut out and go back to the main menu of Tubi. This happened 6x.

It was a good location. Sufficient for our needs, comfortable bed but no personal touches that make a place cozy, no wow. Having a parking spot was very convenient.

The location could not have been better. Easy walkable distances to Abbot Kinney, Venice beach etc. and my favourite spot was Little Lunch, just a few steps away. The apartment itself was cosy and loved the sunshine in the afternoon. I was out most days but it is well equipped with a mini kitchen and full size refrigerator.

I didn't mind the stairs and actually preferred to be higher than ground level as a woman staying alone but may affect someone who needs accessibility.
