I've been coming to monaco for 35 years, and for the past 5 years, I've booked AIR BNB's in Beausoleil. I know the area very well. I stayed in many different apartments and really loved this one. It's small but extremely clean and modern. New Bathroom, which is rare in Beausoleil. This flat has all you need for a short stay.
There are 5 flights of stairs up, so if you are no good with stairs, then this isn't recommended, but otherwise, you'll love it.
Fabulous views and a short walk to the train station.
Will definitely book again.

Πολύ καλό σπίτι κοντά στις περιοχές του Μόντε Κάρλου που συνδέονται με τα σύνορα της Γαλλίας. Σαφέστατες οδηγίες από την οικοδεσπότη, άνετο και ζεστό το κρεβάτι, γρήγορο δίκτυο. Διέθετε καφετέρεια και ψυγειάκι (+ εργαλεία αν ήθελες να μαγειρέψεις). Value for money τιμές, ειδικά σε περίοδο γιορτών!

Es war ein super unkomplizierter Checkin. Alles super gut via Email und Videos erklärt und gut zu finden. Schön ausgestattete Wohnung, tolle Sicht auf Monaco und auch ruhige Lage.
Für meinen Hund waren die vielen Treppenstufen zu viel (altersbedingt) und das es generell kaum Grünflächen gab in der Nähe für Hunde, doch dafür kannst du ja nix.

A lovely little apartment perfect for my needs in a good location, just 15 minutes walk to Monte Carlo casino square. Very clean and comfortable anais was super accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.
Nothing to dislike although it would be helpful if on the description it was made clearer that the apartment is on the top floor (approx 5 floors up) with no lift. This wasn’t a problem for me as I had hand luggage only but it would have been a huge struggle to get a full case up the stairs and anyone with poor mobility would struggle with the apartment steps.
