Ho utilizzato l'appartamento per un evento alla Fiera di Parma e la posizione è perfetta, meno di 1 km e si è all'ingresso, lasciando comodamente parcheggiata l'auto nel posto riservato di fronte alla struttura. Appartamento spazioso, caldo e accogliente, sembrava di stare a casa. All'arrivo compreso ne soggiorno c'erano 2 bottiglie di acqua e cialde di caffè. Tutto pulito e letto comodissimo. Ultimo ma non ultimo, Arianna super gentile e disponibile.

Struttura accogliente, spaziosa e molto confortevole. Il centro è lontano (raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici o auto), ma la posizione della struttura è veramente ottima per chi, come me, deve invece recarsi ai padiglioni della Fiera di Parma/Palaverdi. Il condominio è tranquillo, sicuro e silenzioso, e la zona è ottima per la fiera. Arianna molto gentile e disponibile.
tutto perfetto, solo consiglierei di mettere un po' di viakal nel doccino della doccia, perché l'acqua esce piano a causa dei forellini otturati, però nulla che incida sulla mia valutazione complessiva...
