Loved the 3 bedrooms and the layout. Kitchen area was great. 2 bathrooms. No stairs and we had privacy. Plenty of room for a family.
The queen bed is almost non-sleepable. My husband and I neither one could get comfortable. King beds were good. Closet doors in middle bedroom won't stay closed so are always in the way as that is a very small room. Toilets in both bathrooms did not look like they had been cleaned. 1 bathroom wasn't bad but the other had a black ring around the toilet bowl. Couch in living room does make out into a sleeper but you can feel boards when sitting on the couch.

The location was perfect. Really enjoyed the pool.
Floors turned our feet black, couch was very uncomfortable (felt broken in some parts), and apartment smelled of smoke.
