- cadre assez idéal dans un endroit verdoyant - place de parking dans la propriété (il est sinon très difficile de se garer) - spacieux sauf la seconde chambre lorsqu'elle est équipée d'un lit d'appoint - propriétaire dévoué et accueillant - cuisine bien équipée (grand frigo, grand congélateur, four, micro-onde, plaque de cuisson, etc....) - commodités à proximité (boulangerie, superette, et surtout une gare, indispensable pour circuler facilement)
- manque un peu de plats pour le four et un grille-pain

Maison très bien équipée et entretenue
L’accès par des escaliers puisque la maison est en hauteur est un peu compliqué à signaler pour des petits enfants ou des personnes handicapées
