Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική. 2 σταθμοί undreground πολύ κοντά. Tesco και Waitrose 2' με τα πόδια. Υπάρχουν αρκετά καλά εστιατόρια στη γύρω περιοχή. Η θέρμανση ήταν επαρκής και οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές όλες σε λειτουργία. Στο ντουλάπι βρίσκεις αλάτι, πιπέρι, ζάχαρη και άλλα υλικά για το μαγείρεμα.
Στο μπάνιο υπάρχει μια σαφής μυρωδιά μούχλας. Από την πρώτη στιγμή που μπαίνεις στο χώρο, γίνεται προφανές ότι το διαμέρισμα έχει πρόβλημα με τα υδραυλικά και χρειάζεται συντήρηση. Επίσης, μόνο οι 3 από τους 5 φιλοξενούμενους κοιμούνται πολύ καλά. Οι άλλοι 2 που κοιμούνται στον ανοιγόμενο καναπέ που βρίσκεται στον κυρίως χώρο, δεν κοιμούνται καλά. Είναι ένας καναπές που αισθάνεσαι το σκελετό του επίπλου στην πλάτη σου και ξυπνάς με πόνο στη μέση. Το πάτωμα δεν είναι καλά καθαρισμένο και βρίσκεις πολλά χνούδια. Χρειάζεται πιο προσεκτικό σκούπισμα. Τα αντικολλητικά σκεύη είναι χαραγμένα από προηγούμενους χρήστες και είναι μη ασφαλή για μαγειρική χρήση. Το διαμέρισμα δεν διαθέτει κάδο ανακύκλωσης. Κλείνοντας πρέπει να αναφέρω ότι οι σκάλες είναι απότομες, αλλά αυτό είναι συνηθισμένο στα περισσότερα παλιά σπίτια του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου. *Προσοχή: Για όσους δεν διαβάζουν τα ψιλά γράμματα, 1 εβδομάδα πριν την άφιξη, καταβάλεται εγγύηση GBP 300.
