Could relocate step into the spa so panel doesn’t get accidentally touched getting in and out of the spa

Fantastic location with stunning views. Loads of space both inside and outside the house. Plenty of firewood for those cool nights. Lovely outdoor area with a spa and fire pit.

It’s in need of a few minor fixes and cleaning, such as the exhaust fan above the stove doesn’t work and hasn’t been cleaned in a long while so grease drips down on top of the stove, and into whatever you’re cooking; rubbish from previous guests in the kitchen bin, under the bed and in drawers. It would benefit from creature comforts such as top sheets on the beds and lamps in each bedroom.

We liked the breathtaking views, the relaxing hot tub, and the modern, stylish kitchen and lounge area. The sunken lounge was a unique design feature that provided a cozy spot to unwind.

What we didn’t like included the lack of blinds in the ensuite bathroom, which compromised privacy. Showering and using the toilet felt like a live performance for anyone on the deck, offering an unexpected audience we didn’t sign up for. The absence of a gas bottle for the BBQ and the owner’s unresponsiveness was frustrating. The property felt not family friendly due to concerns about protecting concrete floors and tabletops, and the sunken lounge posed a safety risk without protective rails. The bedrooms were outdated with crinkled bed covers, the décor was minimal and felt empty, and we had to do most of the cleaning ourselves despite paying for a service.
