Tucked into a serene natural setting, the home offers the privacy guests want with the convenience they need. Large windows and an open-concept living area fill the space with natural light and calming creek views—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Western North Carolina.

Sleeps in beds: 4 | Max occupancy: 6
Primary bedroom (upper level): King bed with ensuite bathroom
Second bedroom (main level): Queen bed with hall bathroom access
Queen pull-out sofa in the living room for additional sleeping (linens provided)
Each sleeping space is designed for comfort and privacy, making it easy for everyone to rest and recharge.
Outdoor Creekside Living

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We're happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can't be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Dog-friendly home! Up to two dogs are welcome with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.
Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. Security deposit, mid stay cleaning fee and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay. Payments
If booked more than 30 days before arrival, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If booked 14 days or fewer before arrival, full payment is due at booking.

14–31 days before arrival = initial payment is forfeited.
Within 14 days of arrival (or early departure/shortened stay) = all rent payments are forfeited, with cleaning fees and applicable taxes refunded as required.
Military Discount
We proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty military members and veterans. Proper documentation is required. Reach out to our Guest Experience Team for details.
Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
This includes:

Cozy, clean, quiet and a great location. Perfect if you have furry family members too. Kids and dogs loved playing in creek.

Everything! The host was exceptional with communication, directions and local highlights. The home was very clean and well appointed with everything we could want. Sitting in the back porch was so peaceful with the stream and we loved the fireplace. There was lots of room to move around and would be perfect for 2 couples. The location was GREAT! I was concerned that it wasn’t closer to the city, but it was only a 20minute ride or so. And, that let us explore some things we may not have if we stayed right in town.

The house was clean enough on the inside but more attention needs to be given to the windows (smeared, not well cleaned, lots of spider webs) and ceiling corners (spider webs). Being that we visited in November, we were looking forward to the gas fireplace but the propane tank was empty and after I notified the host, I was told it would not be filled until after we left. I was also told there would be a starter bundle of wood for the fire pit but none was there. I contacted the host and was told they don’t provide starter bundles of firewood, therefore, I sent them a screenshot of the message I got stating otherwise. That afternoon four bundles were delivered! Yay! The kitchen was well-appointed with nice appliances. The cookware, dishes, glassware and bath and kitchen towels were new! My dog loved the creek! The deck and view were wonderful! My friend and I loved Weaverville. We had great food and I left with a couple of pottery pieces. I’d love to go back!!
