Perfect for couples, friends, or small families, our cozy cabin offers modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, a private hot tub, and outdoor seating with breathtaking vineyard views. Guests can relax under the stars, or explore the surrounding Texas wine country with its many wineries and local attractions. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, a wine-tasting adventure, or a peaceful retreat, The Starry Night Cottage #1 provides the ideal escape in the heart of Hill Country. Book your stay today and experience the magic of vineyard living!
Getting Around:
Please note that the cabins are not part of The Ab Astris Winery property and have a separate entrance. Ab Astris would love to have you experience their award winning wines and beautiful vineyard, but please do not enter the Ab Astris Winery outside of their normal business hours.
Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed. Please do not remove the spa floater or spa balls from the tub at anytime.
Please no pets. Owner is highly allergic. Thank you for your understanding.

This quaint cottage is lovely, perfect for a getaway weekend. Well furnished and great location, close to our favorite wineries!

This is a super clean, super comfortable cabin, with plenty of space. Very nicely decorated with comfortable seating and smart TV/wifi! We had everything we needed. The best part was sitting out on the front porch listening to the birds and watching the wildlife in the early mornings and evenings. The place is kept very tidy - no bugs! :) We used this as our central base to go to Garrison Brothers, Fredericksburg, Johnson City and William Chris Vineyards. We ate at Pecan Street Brewery in Johnson City, Hye Thai just down the road and Der Lindenbaum in Fredericksburg. We also enjoyed the Albert Ice House in the evening under the trees. We will definately reserve here again!

This is a new property in a secluded location in Stonewall just off 290. It’s far enough off the highway that you hear more birds than road noise. It’s close to many of the Stonewall and Hye wineries without the crowds and traffic of Fredericksburg. Nice layout, though small. Beds comfy and decor is cute, especially the cow on the couch. Great porch, too. Oh, and use Google Maps. Waze took us to the Ab Astris winery entrance. Oops!
