The Space
Walk in and enjoy an open floor plan designed to cozy up by the fire, stream your favorite shows on ROKU TV, use our well-equipped kitchen to cook a meal, or relax in the fenced backyard while BBQing under the heat lamp.
In the kitchen you will find a coffee & tea bar to start or end your day. A high-top expanding table ensures a comfortable seat for everyone to dine or play a round of cards.
Comfortably sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms…
Bedroom 1: King Bed, en suite bathroom w/tub, and ROKU TV
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Lofted XL Twin over Queen
All rooms equipped with black out shades, sound machines, and extra blankets.
Bathroom 2 with tub also houses the washer/ dryer.
Cleanliness is particularly important to us. You will find plenty of fresh towels, clean linens, and freshly washed comforter & blanket on each bed.
The location paired with amenities make Vino Villas Dayton the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, a couple's weekend, or a family trip.
Other things to note
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs, no other animals. Dogs should not be left alone at any time unless they are crate trained and can remain inside the crate without causing noise disturbances. We do charge a small pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests’ dogs. If any damage occurs, a separate charge will be applied to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected items.

We loved everything about this place. It was beautiful, clean and had everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect for wine tasting and has several nice restaurants in walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would give this property a 10 out of 10!

The owners thought of everything to make our stay memorable. The kitchen has everything! The linen is great. The bathtubs deep. And the free local wine tasting passes were so thoughtful.

Check in was very simple with personal access code. A lot of communication from host made everything easy.

The house is comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and perfectly appointed with all the necessities, including personal care products and all the coffee needs. I will say, the “pick your own entry code” option was a hassle because I wasn’t aware of it until arriving at the property, then the owners were unresponsive for about an hour. I would suggest they set up a generic passcode for guests that haven’t communicated a preferred password by the checkin time. Overall though, wonderful stay and close to activities such as the air museum and waterpark.
