Location is good, but flat is a bit dark, not very clean, lots of spider nets and dust in all corners, around window frames etc. Very limited contact with the agency/owner. Terrace could be a wonderful extra but lacks a table and does not have confortable seating. Should be better explained that it is lower ground floor.
