- You will receive a code for the front door keypad. Press each number listening for a beep and then press and hold the "unlock" icon for entrance. Do the same to lock the house when leaving.
- Pet Fee: $100 per pet.
- Additional Guest Fee: $35 per additional adult or child per night beyond the first 16 guests
- The pool is seasonal and not heated. Available for use between June 15th and October 1st.
- Confetti is very damaging to the property, the pool, and overall plumbing so there will be a fee of $150 for confetti cleanup and removal if found.
- The home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and high chair to accommodate you and your little ones!

House was perfect for our large group. Host was very communicative and helpful. The roosters next door were entertaining and a good reminder that you are in the country. As were the deer running through the property. Beautiful view from the upper deck. The property presents as “a work in progress” but it still provided everything we needed. The outdoor fire pit was great for our group and the kitchen space was very nice for a large crowd. Beds were comfortable and the windows/ doors provided good insulation from morning rooster noise. I would recommend this property do large groups. We also had a nice dinner in town at Jeffery’s Wine Country BBQ.

We spent a lot of time exploring the area, so the house served as our base. The very large dining table and ample seating were great for hanging out. Also because we had small children in our group, being about to spread out around the large house was good.

Jack was a warm and caring host. Having that interaction prior to arriving set the stage for a wonderful experience.We had a large multi-family gathering for Thanksgiving and found the house to be a perfect size. Plenty of room to gather and connect. It was perfect!
