Enjoy a cosy holiday home in Ojén , perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable stay full of adventures. This 135 m² property can accommodate 8 people, with 3 bedrooms and a spacious area designed for rest and socialising. Located in a quiet urban centre, the house offers a front terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the peace of the surroundings 🌿.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious dining room with a modern open-plan kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more. On this floor you will also find a bedroom with two places and a bathroom with a shower tray for greater comfort. The upper floor houses two other bedrooms, both with balcony and capacity for six more people, one with a double bed and another with single beds. In addition, it has a covered terrace ideal for family lunches or dinners, a cosy space to share at the end of the day 🍽️🌅.
The location is strategic, as you will be a few minutes from Marbella and close to natural landscapes such as Juanar Refuge, Barranco Blanco and the Ojén Eco Reserve, perfect for enjoying excursions and outdoor activities. The street where the house is located is quiet and well-connected with the main square of the town, accessible on foot. Keep in mind that large vehicles cannot access this road 🚶♂️🚗.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heat pump heating, wifi, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and fans. Additionally, the garden furniture and the 20 m² terrace will allow you to make the most of your stay in an environment that is both natural and urban. The house is also ideal for children, thanks to its safe and quiet surroundings 🛏️🌐.

The place is very nice and new. The outdoor areas are so cute but unfortunately it was a little cold and rainy when we went so couldn't enjoy them. The location is the middle of Ojen, an adorable white village. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was that the heater was small for the downstairs and since it was 50 F, the place never was able to heat to the temperature we put it at so it was a little chilly inside. The upstairs heater was able to keep up so the upstairs was warmer. But overall we loved the place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting southern Spain, especially if you want a calm area away from the tourism but only a short drive to Marbella.

Special thanks to Christina for making our stay so enjoyable, she took a great care of us. Ojen is better than Marbella, had a unqiue authentic vibe and the house was modern yet traditional.

We stayed at this rural house for a girls' getaway, and it was amazing! The place is super spacious, so we all had our own space. The view of the mountains from the terrace is beautiful!. The town nearby is also really cute and has lots of little shops and cafes. The host was super nice and helped us with everything we needed.
