Discover the queen city in this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom home on Walworth Avenue. Walworth ave is a peaceful street that is super walkable to amazing bars and restaurants! Eli’s BBQ- arguably best Cincinnati BBQ joint is a short 5 min walk. This unit is very close to Hyde Park and Oakley (~5 min drive). It is also super easy to get downtown (~10 min drive). Free street parking.
You will have the entire home to yourself. This listing is recommended for guests who are fairly mobile as the house does sit on a hill so there are stairs to get to the front door. There is also a winding stair case to get to the second floor. This house was built in the 1920’s and has recently been renovated with all new appliances and finishings.

Contains pots, pans, cutlery and other necessary items like oil, sugar, salt and pepper. It is stocked with everything you'll need to whip up a meal. We also offer plates/cups/cutlery for kids. There is also snacks, cereal, ramen bowls, and other easy/quick items free of charge.
BATHROOM 1 (full): Located on the Level 1. Standing shower only. Stocked with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Hair dryer is also available.
BATHROOM 2 (full): Located on the 2nd level. Bath tub. Stocked with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Hair dryer is also available.

The East End is home to historic churches, Victorian homes, parks & trails, and offers the warmth of a historic, walkable neighborhood. The East End continues to grow and flourish with new residences, restaurants and businesses all while celebrating its rich Cincinnati heritage.
There is plenty of parking in East End and surrounding neighborhoods. Most parking is free. This area is also very walkable so you can leave your car and walk to great restaurants and bars.
We accept pets(dogs only) but will collect a $150 pet fee per pet. We also will ask that you keep your pet out of the bedrooms, and off all furniture. If you are leaving the unit for the day, restrict your pet to the front room.
