Come and discover this elegant 2-bedroom gem in New Orleans! This charming apartment features a cozy king bed and a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a great night's rest after a wonderful day. With amenities like WiFi, a washer and dryer in the apt, and an onsite fitness room, guests can relax and unwind during their visit.
FULL DISCLOSURE: The exterior bedroom window faces the street below (not Bourbon St.) - you're in the heart of NOLA! You will hear street noise until early morning and garbage trucks as well. This is a dwelling among the locals. We provide ear plugs and sound machines if you need them. The 2nd bedroom is not on the street - it faces the interior of the building.
LOCATION:
We are within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, parade routes, Bourbon St., the French Market - and 2 blocks over from the street car lines. In addition, we are a short cab ride to The Arena, Ceasar's Dome and The Convention Center...although most guests choose to walk to the Super Dome for games and events.
WE ARE LOCATED in a very safe building with a locked main entry, on the 2nd level - we have an elevator. BEAUTIFUL French Country decor - cozy, shabby chic; fully outfitted, just bring groceries and beverages! COMFORTABLY sleeps 4: king bed, queen bed. We have a queen size air mattress is you need it. Max capacity of 6, please, we do not have a sofa-bed.
THIS WELL EQUIPPED HOME has all the essentials needed for a FABULOUS stay! Fully appointed kitchen, dining room table (seats 6); living room with large sofa & 65" Smart TV; bluetooth woofer and sound bar; bar cart with assorted specialty drink glasses.
The interior bedroom has the king bed and a 55" Smart TV; 2nd BR has the queen bed and a 55" Smart TV; complimentary high speed wireless Internet (access is private to this residence); complimentary cable provided for all TVs.
TWO BATHROOMS, fully appointed with TP, towels and hair dryer in each. We do not have toiletries.
KITCHEN INCLUDES dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer/ice maker, Ninja blender, Espresso Machine, toaster and a water cooler w/Keurig single brew built-in! DINING ROOM includes a table that seats 6.
HAVE A CAR?
GARAGE PARKING is AVAILABLE in the public garage next door, please ask about our VERY low rate. The garage is staffed 24/7, well lit. PLEASE NOTE: Max (1) vehicle on our account, 7'-0" entrance height, CANNOT ACCOMMODATE DUALLYS OR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.
The garage does not have an elevator, you'll park on Level 2 or above. If you have mobility issues (or several bags) and you are not traveling solo, ask to be let off at our building entrance before the car is parked. I provide notes for that!
PLEASE REVIEW THESE IMPORTANT POLICIES:
Our home (and the building) is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTIES/NO PETS property. Smoking is allowed outside the front entrance of our building and on our rooftop/4th floor/pool area, nowhere else.
As this is our home the above mentioned are NON-NEGOTIABLE. We also have a capacity limit of 6 guests total. Offenders will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and may result in an additional cleaning fee.
We do ask that you PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES after entering the apartment - helps take care of our area rugs. We provide a shoe rack for you. Additional cleaning charges may apply if our cleaners report excessively dirty carpets after your departure. If shoes are off, then no worries!

IF TRAVELING DURING H-season (we don't use the full word) we recommend purchasing TRAVELER'S INSURANCE. You will not be covered by Vrbo for anything. We only provide refunds when there's been a mandatory evacuation. Traveler's insurance covers everything else.
If we are lucky enough to have you book with us, my response time/welcome message should be within 4 hours - as long as your booking occurs between 8 AM and 8 PM CST. The only time it is longer is if I'm driving for extended periods of time when your booking comes thru. But you WILL hear from me same day if between 8A and 8P, CST.

You can’t go wrong with Misty’s place. Right off Bourbon Street in an excellent location. Easy check-in, even got a (very) early check-in free of charge since no one was checking out the same day. Place was immaculate and beds were very comfortable. Front bedroom had minimal noise at most but you are right in the Quarter in a great location so that was expected and not an issue at all. Back bedroom was very quiet. Excellent communication with Michelle and she went out of her way to provide info on stores to go, restaurants, things to do, etc. Bonus was the water cooler so we didn’t have to haul cases of water to the unit which was great. 2 countertop coffee makers and a Keurig built into the water cooler. Big variety of different coffees and snacks in kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. Loved this place!!

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, clean, very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Our property manager was super organized and helpful! Check in and parking was a breeze. The only problem I had was people smoking quite a bit in the building that was non-smoking. And there was a lot of very loud cars with booming music passing by at all hours. It’s to be expected in the French Quarter but our place even offered ear plugs! I would definitely recommend the place and stay there again!
