Living Room and Kitchen:
The 50m² living room is the central space of the apartment. Spacious and bright, it features a relaxation area with a large, comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding after a busy day, a spacious dining table that can accommodate all guests, and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine (filter), etc.). For convivial moments, raclette machines are also available, ideal for enjoying traditional Savoyard evenings.

Bedrooms:
The apartment offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a balcony. Three of them are equipped with queen-size beds, perfect for optimal rest. The fourth bedroom is arranged with 4 single beds, ideal for children or friends. Each bedroom has a mezzanine adapted to your specific needs: a fitness room, office, laundry room, or dormitory with additional beds. The rooms are decorated in a warm and welcoming style, perfect for resting after a day of exploration. Bed linens are provided for your comfort.

Bathrooms:
You'll find two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub for relaxation, and the other with a shower for practicality. Towels are provided.

Terrace:
The 30m² terrace is a major asset of this apartment, offering a private outdoor space where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening around the plancha. The view of the surrounding mountains adds a soothing touch to this space.

Additional Amenities:
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi to stay connected and a television for your moments of relaxation. A desk is also available for those who need a quiet and functional workspace.

Proximity to summer and winter resorts:
The apartment is ideally located just 20 minutes by car from the Orelle ski lifts, which provide direct access to the 3 Valleys, the largest ski area in the world! Access to Orelle is easy via the highway, which is well-maintained and cleared of snow throughout the winter. This allows you to avoid long uphill drives and numerous hairpin turns, making your trip more comfortable and faster. Additionally, within around 30 minutes by car, you can reach the resorts of Saint-Jean-d'Arves, Le Corbier, Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, Albiez-Montrond, La Toussuire, and Les Karellis. The Maurienne Valley is also the largest cycling area in the world, offering hiking trails, climbing routes, and mountain lakes to explore.
