Location (walking distance to shops and public transport), size, cleanliness, property presentation, views, ease of parking
Initially finding the property entrance was a little confusing as we were not expecting to go through 2 gates. But once we worked that out it was very easy

Très grande maison très fonctionnelle pour 5 personnes.
Délicates attentions de l’hôte, très bonnes informations, photos fidèles à la réalité.
Bref, 24h très sympathiques pour graviter sur Genève et profiter du baby foot !
Je recommande
Au vu des précédents commentaires, je craignais pour le bruit des avions.
Effectivement le couloir aérien d’atterrissage est au-dessus, mais pour des séjours de courte durée et sans avoir besoin d’ouvrir les fenêtres, ce n’est absolument pas gênant. Et il n’y en a pas la nuit.
À voir selon chacun, mais pour nous l’expérience a été très satisfaisante.

near Geneva, spacious house
If you want to live on the runway and landing strip, welcome! Very noisy! It is impossible to sleep with the windows open, and with them closed you can suffocate because it is very hot outside and there is no air conditioning in the house! And this is not a separate house as it is written, it is part of a house on the first floor of which the neighbors have parties and a dog constantly barks and all this is right under the bedroom! Very noisy! And yes, the house needs a general cleaning. The oven, refrigerator, bathrooms are all very dirty!
