Very clean, comfortable and warm. Perfect location in the centre of Solihull.
Everything excellent. The TV for us as non UK residents was complicated without an iplayer account, but for the majority of people this probably wouldn't be a problem.

Property is generally clean. Close to main shopping area in Solihull as well as distance from station
Coould have some instructions for cooker and hob use and heating adjusting. Took some time but worked it out.
