Sve relativno novo. Dobra komunikacija. Odlično grejanje. Lokacija objekta. Prostranost. 3 spavaće sobe. Velik TV. Velik bojler za toplu vodu. 2 kupatila. Terasa.

Zvučna izolacija unutar objekta praktično ne postoji. Sve je rađeno od gipsa. Nema ormara pa čak ni kuka za kačenje garderobe po sobama. 3 spavaće funkcionišu ali samo ako svi ležu i ustaju isti minut. Kupatilo na spratu samo za osobe do 170cm. Trpezarijske stolice zrele za menjanje.
