Decent location just a 10 min walk away from the heart of the city.

No iron for clothes, check in process very difficult when not connected to wifi for international travelers. Couldn't get left window to open.

Lage und Ausstattung

I read the reviews before booking the room, and it exceeded my expectations. It was within walking distance of the main attractions and the centro, there was a good supermarket on a nearby street, and you can reach the central train station or airport shuttle bus within 10 minutes by public transportation. The building itself has been beautifully renovated, the room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to rest well after long days of exploring Genova :)

Communication with the host was impersonal, they didn’t address me by name correctly on several occasions (they called me "dr."), so I assume they use AI. The check-in process wasn’t a problem for me, but I can imagine it would be for someone who is older or doesn’t have mobile data (roaming). You can definitely hear city traffic in the room, I lived in Italy before, so I actually used to it, but it might be disturbing for light sleepers. You can’t hear the other rooms, at most, you might hear the people next to you coming home.

Bien placé pour visiter la ville, lit confortable, propre.

Donne sur une rue excessivement bruyante, impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit des voitures. Pas d’accueil, personne pour aider ou conseiller, c’est triste…
