Wonderful host that made connection before arrival. Lemon also communicated with me upon arrival and meeting us at the property to welcome us. Location is good, but note that it’s difficult to identify a residential building by ourselves. Better to book a car or taxi from the Conrad Hotel across the road as a pick up or drop off point.
Everything inside the apartment is very well thought out - from amenities to the little details.

Good, only 1 bathroom no enough for our family . The location of the accommodation is also excellent, with very convenient transportation nearby. The room is clean, comfortable, and feels just like home.
For example, we bought some items from Taobao and the host kindly helped us receive the packages and even allowed us to use his phone to arrange delivery so we could send the items to our next destination. This was extremely helpful and convenient for us as travelers.
Our flight was delayed by about two hours on the day we arrived, but the host still arranged a private car pick-up service for us and patiently waited for our arrival. His hospitality and responsibility truly impressed us

Location(across the street from Conrad Hotel) right in the heart of the action of Nanjing Rd. Resume Coffee had the best coffee downstairs about a 2 min. walk. Apartment on the 22nd floor was perfect in every way for 6 people, brand new appliances in Chinese but easy to use Google translate photo, wi-fi was super fast, loved the washer for clothes and they supplied the soap and softeners along with all soaps for the utensils in the kitchen and showers with shampoo, conditioners, and body wash. beautiful tiles throughout the apartment but a little slippery in the shower(they supply 4-5 slip resistant sandles but a little small for my size 13, no big deal i had brought my own, toilet had an awesome bidet with remote control like they have in Japan, plenty of toilet paper, free bottle water, tissue, and everything was supplied for a great stay. Highly recommend you use the Shuttle service the owner can provide if you send a message(350 yuan). We had 4 adults and 2 children with 6 big bags and 6 carry ons and everything fit in the Mercedes Van the owner provided. The rep was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us the grand tour and was very helpful and nice and made sure we were comfortable with the apartment. Metro is 3 minutes walk away but forget it, DiDi is super cheap in brand new Chinese Cars, we only did Metro once to Disneyland and it's about 50 mins by train. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep but the towels were a little thin, lots of towels supplied but for the week we stayed we would wash them every 2 days (all they need is the plushy and thick towels and a floor mat for the shower and it would been a 5 star hotel with massive amount of space. Grocery stores are hard to find in the Nanjing Rd area so definitely use DiDi and go to Aldi(its about 7 minute by DiDi) There are small stores:its just junk food, there's an amazing Produce and fruits store about a block away on the corner of Hankou Rd/Zhejiang Rd.
