Maison Salotto is a comfortable and bright flat located on the first floor of a prestigious 1970s building in a strategic position in the centre of Pescara. The apartment is furnished in a modern style with great attention to detail. It consists of a large open-plan living area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable and cosy double bedroom leads to the bathroom with laundry corner, a modern and functional space.
Maison Salotto has every comfort such as air conditioning, Wifi, washer-dryer and is suitable for people with mobility difficulties. It is very quiet despite its central location in the main square of Pescara, a few steps from the beach.
Maison Salotto also offers the convenience of being able to buy the newspaper at the newsagent's and have breakfast at the popular bar right on the doorstep! We are located in the heart of the city, in the beautiful Piazza della Rinascita (Piazza Salotto), along the pedestrian islands of the various courses. In the adjacent streets there are parks and green areas such as the Florida Park located a few metres from the flat. The sea and the Nave di Cascella are about 100 metres away, the Vittoria Colonna modern art museum about 200m. The proximity to the train and bus station only 350 metres from the flat makes travelling around the city and to other destinations very convenient. The airport is only 6.5 km away.

Its geographical location makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the natural beauty of the region, including the mountains of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park, which offer numerous opportunities for excursions and outdoor activities. There are many attractions in the city, from the numerous churches such as the Cathedral of San Cetteo, to the birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio, which is now a museum dedicated to his life and literary works, or interesting museums such as the Museum of Visual Arts. The Aurum building, on the other hand, is known to have started out as a distillery for the liqueur of the same name. After years of flourishing activity, however, it was converted back to cultural use and is considered a cultural icon in the city. It hosts exhibitions by various artists and associations in some rooms. Finally, the historic centre of Pescara offers a pleasant environment for walks and new discoveries.
