About this apartment rental
Studio with a terrace and sea view. The rental is located 950m from the sea and sandy beaches, 1km from shops and 1km from the town center. Parking is free in the residence. A gate with a code closes access to the residence. The rental is composed as follows: in the entrance you will find a sleeping area with two bunk beds. Opposite is the bathroom with a separate toilet. Then you access the living room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen. This space opens onto a terrace with a magnificent sea view. This is the ideal rental for a family, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before moving in and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A supplement of 5€ per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be final without these documents.
