Single-family house "Gîte de l'Epine". 300 m from the centre of Cambes-en-Plaine, 8 km from the centre of Caen, 10 km from the sea. Private: garden 300 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 300 m, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Centre de Cambes en Plaine" 300 m, sandy beach 10 km. Indoor tennis centre 100 m.
"Gîte de l'Epine", 4-room house 135 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace, TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Centrally located in Basse Normandy, a few kilometers north of Caen, it's the perfect place for a holiday. The beach is 17 minutes away, you can walk to the baker within a few minutes. Every Tuesday the pizza baker is in the village. A traiteur and really good shops at 2 minutes by car. The racecourse is also 20 minutes. The house itself is fine. Good bed, nice garden with fence. You have optimum privacy, but when there are problems the owner is closeby.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet! Auch mit Liebe zum Detail. Auch der Hund hatte sozusagen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Direkt neben dem Bauernhof und Schafe beim Ferienhaus sehr netter Garten mit großer Schaukel. Sicher nett für Familie, Restaurants nur im nahen Caen. Vermieter sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und unkompliziert!

Very complete holiday home, large, clean, Nice garden and friendly host. The village was perfect good bakers rond the corner and a small shopping centre with a bikers, butchers,wine shop and delicatessen 10 mins walk. Caen was 10 min drive. Beaches and sightseeing also a short drive. ,
