A distinguished Neoclassical Modern Beach House prominently sited along one of the most supreme corner view-lots in Bluff Park Historic District. With direct ocean views from Belmont Pier to the Queen Mary, expect to be breathless from the awe-inspiring vistas that extend from all corners of this stately home.
Entertaining is elevated in your grand public spaces; the dramatic living room and the sensational dining room beg to entertain, and they are interconnected through walls of French doors and a vast veranda. After the party, climb the architecturally pure stairway, pause at your contemplative landing, enjoy a nightcap on your full-width second floor deck and retreat to your sensational suite. Your master retreat is unlike any other, complete with a goose-bump inducing seating area, gorgeous fireplace and modernized bathroom with floating vanity, detailed millwork, marble surfaces and distinct lighting.
Must be 25 years of age to book
Only guest allowed on property are those on the reservation unless authorized by host.
Any pet feces or stains left behind will be an additional $250 charge
Please remove shoes when inside
Please do not move furniture
Do not use counter tops as cutting board
Please do not put oil, nuts, shells, coffee grounds, animal bones or other hard items in garbage disposal
Please empty link filter in dryer after each use
Please don’t damage indoor furniture or outdoor seat cushions with wet swimwear or tanning lotions/oils.
Turn off lights/fans/AC/pool and spa heater when not in use
If you stay for more than 30 days, we will cover your utilities up to $500/ month

Great communication from the host. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. There was a slight plumbing issue but the host responded immediately and sent someone to repair it quickly. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Shirley and Tammie’s place was wonder. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Location is frwat, home is very nice and everything we expected. Would stay again
