Sunny flat with large garden in Nice - Cote d'Azur The flat is located in a nice neighbourhood of Nice just 10 minutes from the sea , beach and city centre. Very well served by new tram and or bus.
Large garden of no less than 215m2 with olive tree, herb garden, mimosa. This garden is completely fenced. Terrace, patio, lovely chairs for sunbathing. You have sun all day but can also seek shade.
The flat has a nice living room with open kitchen, doors to the garden. Bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin. Separate toilet. Private parking outside behind an enclosed gate.
Trips to Monaco, Menton. But also Antibes, Cannes..and why not St Tropez?
On foot you can go to the Chambrun park, right opposite the residence. Here you can relax in the sun . There is a playground for children. Nearby, you can visit the Chagall and Matisse museum. At the end of the street is a market. And there are plenty of shops for your daily shopping. The tram will take you into the centre of Nice and to the beach and sea in 10 minutes.
