About this apartment rental

Le Coterie is an open concept home with corbeled archways to define living spaces. The cabinetry, closets, and fireplace are crafted from solid hardwood with reclaimed wood inlays. And bathrooms are laid in decorative Old World tiles. It is a 3 min. walk to the local supermarket, gourmet coffee house, wine boutique, and numerous fast food restaurants. And it is a 2 min. drive to the main freeway entrances.

House Rules

Please:
1. No loud music and noise.
2. No Parties. We do have exterior cameras to count the number of guests, if there is a party or any complaints from neighbors we will call the police, and our security company will escort you to leave the house immediately. Also, the Guest(s) will be fined $1,000.
3. No smoking of anything inside the house.
This includes weed and cigarettes. There will be a fine of $500 if guests smoke inside the house.
4. Please do not move furniture. If you must
please move it back to its proper place.
5. Cleaning fee is for a normal cleaning, if the
house is left trashed, an extra charge of $300
will be added for a complete deep clean.
6. PLEASE NOTE: Wipes/ Sanitary Napkins MUST NOT be flushed down the toilet.

Additional Rules
7. Occasional events must be approved by
host and are higher in price than overnight
stays.
8. Extra guests/visitors must be approved by host, there is an additional fee for extra
guests. There are exterior cameras installed on house to verify that the guest count is accurate.
9. Park in your assigned space(s).
10. No RV Parking on the Premises.
11. Cars that are leaking oil will be required to park on the street and Guest(s) will be fined a minimum of $150 for stain removal.
12. No car washing on the Premises.

1. AmenStays homes are protected by a two-factor authentication entry system, using face verification and a pass code.

2. Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement.
